At Cowgirl Revival, our collection is made up of individually sourced secondhand, pre-loved, vintage and revived fashion. because each piece is unique and has had a life before arriving in our shop we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All purchases are final sale. 

We carefully photograph and describe each item to provide an accurate representation of its condition, details, and appearance. Secondhand and vintage pieces may naturally show signs of previous wear, age, fading or other minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of the unique nature and story of pre-loved fashion and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product listing. 

We strongly encourage customers to review all product phots, descriptions, sizing information and disclosed condition notes before purchasing. Please keep in mind that sizing can vary considerably between brands, eras, and styles, particularly with vintage clothing. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a secondhand and or vintage item and agree to our final sale policy. 

If you receive an item that is materially different from what was described or photographed, please contact Cowgirl Revival promptly so we can review the situation.
